ROC Management offers project management and administrative support in all phases of manufacturing design projects, including schedule, cost and scope management.  ROC Management will also be responsible for aligning with customers, engineers, and management teams.

Our Project Manager focuses on driving strategic and tactical plant initiatives, process improvements, cross-functional alignment, and the integration of business initiatives to all projects.

Our experience includes plant & production projects and small and large capital improvement projects to help improving day-to-day plant operation’s performance.

At ROC Management our managers will be responsible for providing planning & direction to our manufacturing & assembly operations in the US & Internationally.  We will be responsible for the US plant projects to include production efficiency, Lean Manufacturing, equipment, and facilities updating, equipment moves, manufacturing processes improvements, quality improvements and more.
